Labash Vital Egg Powder - ReconstitutionGuide

Use the following ratios to reconstitute freeze-dried egg powder with water. Blend well before cooking for best results.

Reconstitution Guide

• Small egg: 1 ½ Tbsp powder + 1 ½ Tbsp (22 mL) water
• Medium egg: 1 ¾ Tbsp powder + 1 ¾ Tbsp (26 mL) water
• Large egg: 2 Tbsp powder + 2 Tbsp (30 mL) water
• X-Large egg: 2 ¼ Tbsp powder + 2 ¼ Tbsp (34 mL) water
• Jumbo egg: 2 ½ Tbsp powder + 2 ½ Tbsp (37 mL) water

Tip: For scrambled eggs or omelets, whisk the powder and water together until smooth, then cook over medium-low heat.

Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal tightly. Use within

6–9 months of opening for best flavor and function.
