Refund policy

All consumable, botanical, agricultural, cosmetic, and personal‑care items sold by Serenity Haven Holistics™ / Labash™ are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our possession. This includes teas, botanical blends, dried goods, seeds, sprouting seeds, garden products, soaps, toothpowders, deodorants, balms, skincare, and any item intended for ingestion, planting, or personal application.

For safety, purity, hygiene, and agricultural compliance, we cannot accept returns on any opened or unopened consumable, edible, plantable, topical, or personal‑care items.

The only returnable item we offer is gift cards. Gift cards may be refunded within 30 days if unused and purchased directly from our store.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund according to the situation. Photos of the issue may be required for verification.

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
