All orders from Serenity Haven Holistics™ / Labash™ are prepared, packaged, and shipped with a focus on safety, freshness, and product integrity.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high‑volume seasons or small‑batch production cycles, processing times may be slightly longer.

Packaging Standards
Please note that product images are marketing mockups. All Labash™ Teas, Coffee Alternatives, and Gourmet Dried Goods are securely vacuum‑sealed before shipping to ensure transportability, safety, and content integrity from origin to destination. Boxed, tinned, and bottled items are individually cushioned and bubble‑wrapped for protection and may also be vacuum‑sealed to preserve freshness and prevent damage in transit.

All Labash™ seeds are hand‑selected, purity‑tested, and securely vacuum‑sealed to ensure transportability, safety, and germination integrity from origin to destination.

Shipping Methods
We ship using the carriers and service levels shown at checkout. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or transit delays.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. For lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping
If offered, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
