All products are offered in limited batches and may be updated, discontinued, or sold out without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
2. Product Information
Our teas, botanical blends, dried goods, seeds, agricultural items, cosmetics, soaps, toothpowders, deodorants, balms, and personal‑care items are produced in small batches. Natural variations in color, aroma, texture, or appearance are normal and not considered defects. All product descriptions and pricing may change at any time.
3. Safety and Use
By purchasing consumables, botanicals, seeds, or personal‑care items, you acknowledge responsibility for proper use, storage, and handling. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional regarding allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders may be canceled by us if payment fails, fraud is suspected, or inventory is unavailable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
6. Returns and Refunds
All consumable, botanical, agricultural, cosmetic, and personal‑care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons. This includes teas, botanical blends, dried goods, seeds, sprouting seeds, garden products, soaps, toothpowders, deodorants, balms, skincare, and any item intended for ingestion, planting, or personal application.

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, soaps, toothpowders, deodorants, balms, and all personal‑care items are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped, whether opened or unopened.

The only returnable item we offer is gift cards, which may be refunded within 30 days if unused. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse our products, resell seeds illegally, or violate agricultural regulations. You may not use our site or products for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

All product names, blends, formulas, graphics, and brand elements—including Serenity Haven Holistics™ DBA Labash™, Labash™ Landraced Bees™, Labash™ Landraced Honey™, BeeLeafs™, Zakh™, and related marks—are the property of Serenity Haven Holistics™ DBA Labash™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for misuse of products, allergic reactions, improper planting conditions, or outcomes outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
