Cancellation policy

Some products may be offered with purchase options such as subscriptions, preorders, or recurring deliveries. By selecting one of these options, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases
If subscriptions or recurring deliveries are offered, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after a charge has been processed will apply to the following cycle. Subscription orders that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be canceled.

Preorders
Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, preorder cancellations are not guaranteed, as materials may have already been allocated or production may have begun.

Custom or Made‑to‑Order Items
Custom blends, personalized items, or made‑to‑order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

Final Sale Items
All consumable, botanical, agricultural, cosmetic, and personal‑care items remain final sale and cannot be canceled once shipped, whether purchased as a one‑time order or through a purchase option.

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@labash.life with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on the guidelines above.
