Serving Suggestion

Shake pouch before each use. Use a French press or tea infuser. Add 2 teaspoon per 16 oz hot water (~200°F). Steep 8–10 minutes. Enjoy morning or evening as a sacred rhythm of rest. Add 🍋 lemon & 🍯 honey to taste. Storage: Best stored in a cool, dry place.
