Serving Suggestion

Shake pouch before each use. Use a French press or tea infuser. Add 1 tablespoon (~6 g) per 10–12 oz hot water (~200°F). Steep 7–10 minutes. Best enjoyed first thing in the morning, sweeten with honey or dates syrup to taste. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
