Flavor Profile

Cooling herbal mint and airy floral calm, with grounding sage and soft sweet-clover depth. Blue vervain and linden offer an elegant soothing grace, finished with a lightly sweet, cooling embrace. Primary Notes:

  Serving Suggestion

Shake pouch before each use. Steep 1 tsp per 8 oz hot water for 7–10 minutes.  Enjoy 1–2 cups daily as a balancing tonic or after meals. Tastes lovely with a dash of cinnamon or lemon. Storage: Best stored in a cool, dry place.
