Serving Suggestion

Shake pouch before each use. Steep 1 ½ teaspoons in 8 oz of near-boiling water for 10–15 minutes.  Drink once daily for 7–10 days, rest 3 days, then repeat as needed. Optional additions: fresh lemon juice or raw honey after brewing. Storage:  Store in a cool, dry place.
