  Serving Suggestion

Shake pouch before each use. Steep 1 tsp per 8 oz hot water for 7–10 minutes.Enjoy 1–2 cups daily as a balancing tonic or after meals. Lovely with raw honey for added softness. Storage: Best stored in a cool, dry place.
