Appointed-Seasons™ Seed Store — Everything Begins With A Seed™

Camelina is an ancient oilseed crop valued for its resilience, adaptability, and contribution to both soil health and sustainable growing systems. Known for its small, golden seeds and fine, branching growth habit, Camelina establishes quickly and performs well even in less-than-ideal soil conditions.

This variety produces slender stems with delicate yellow flowers, eventually forming seed pods rich in oil-bearing seeds. Camelina is often used in regenerative agriculture for its ability to function as a cover crop, suppress weeds, and protect soil structure while also yielding a harvestable seed.

Its low input requirements and tolerance to cooler conditions make it a reliable option for growers seeking hardy, multi-purpose crops that support both production and restoration.

As part of the Labash® GArden Selections, these seeds are chosen to support balanced systems, soil protection, and the early stages of land-adapted seed stewardship.

The Grateful SIP™ 🫖

📖 “And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind…” (Genesis 1:12)
🍵 GSIP™ Reflection: Even the smallest seed carries purpose. What appears delicate often holds strength enough to sustain and restore what surrounds it.
